Drawing on the latest information and interviews with doctors, beekeepers and researchers, this enlightening book—with stories about honey bees and humans—reveals 30 healing honey varieties. It tells you how to incorporate honey into heart-healthy recipes, such as Honey Tarts, and provides over 50 home cures, for digestive problems to skin woes.
You’ll also enjoy Cleopatra’s milk-and-honey beauty treatments and eco-friendly beeswax household uses—all made with the honey bee’s gifts.

Very good book. So many interesting things about honey. I've tried some suggestions and they do work!
Loved the recipes mingled throughout the book along with the information for using honey and beeswax. Never thought to combine certain ingredients with honey until reading this book. Feng shui and beauty tips are included. A pet treat recipe. Little personal insights throughout that I found interesting as well.

A Clover, any time, to him, is Aristocracy.
