The mother-daughter writing team of P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast return with a thrilling addition to their “hot and dark and funny” (Gena Showalter) and “highly addictive” (Library Journal) bestselling series….
In Destined, the forces of Light and Dark collide as their struggle focuses on Tulsa’s House of Night. Zoey is finally home where she belongs, safe with her Guardian Warrior, Stark, by her side and preparing to face off against Neferet. Kalona has released his hold on Rephaim and, through Nyx's gift of a human form, Rephaim and Stevie Rae can finally be together—if he can stay free of his father's shadow….
Is Zoey really safe? Does she truly know those closest to her? And will love win when tested by the very soul of Darkness?

I loved this book..as I did all the others in the series. I couldn't put it down, reading into the early morning hours. My only problem is that it is listed as suitable for 12 years and up. My children are grown but if I did have any that age, I wouldn't want them to read any of these books. They are better suited for older teens and adults. That being said I have recommended this series to friends who have read the Twilight books. Hopefully they will enjoy it as much as I do.

Amazon.com has this listed as 12 and over. Do we really need to expose our young people to stuff that is written for teens? I'm sure there are more books on here listed as 9-12, that really shouldn't be. Be careful what you get your kids, or what you kids get themselves.
I own all of this series and I love it! It has alot of "teen talk" as I like to call it and I wasnt sure when I first started reading it if I would like it but the story line is awesome!!! Cant wait for the next book!!!
