Debbie Macomber, number one New York Times bestselling author of the beloved Cedar Cove series, teams up with Mary Lou Carney and artist Vincent Nguyen to tell a heartfelt tale about a boy who discovers that, sometimes, horrible gifts make the greatest gifts of all.
Cameron loves his grandmother. She knows just what makes him tick. That’s why he can’t figure out why Grandma would send him a sweater—an awful sweater—for his birthday. He’ll do anything to get out of wearing it, but when Grandma comes to visit he has no choice but to put in on. But then, Cameron finds out the story behind the sweater, and decides that the truly terribly horrible sweater that Grandma knit is the best present anyone could ever give or receive! (Ages 4-6)

I love all of Debbie Macomber's books. I find them interesting, relaxing, and informative. But this book for children is just plain fun!! I am saving it for my granddaughter who is yet too young to understand it. I look forward to having me read to her and her read to me. The pictures are wonderful.
