My Daughter Loves This Book!

When my 6 year old girl was 4 she was introduced to the original Fancy Nancy which we still read over and over again. The "Explorer Extraordinaire" book is very different from the original but it has become her little "bible" on exploring. This book is so beat up from taking it on her little treks outside that we'll probably have to buy another one, but it has gotten her even more excited about exploring and nature that it is worth every penny. I don't think she would have appreciated this book as much when she was younger, but I think all the older (5 or 6 year old) girls will just love it! I would recommend giving it to her with a magnifying glass and a butterfly catching net! She will have a blast discovering nature!

Not as Good as the Earlier Books

I introduced my daughter to Fancy Nancy because of the reviews I found here. When I saw this one I thought my daughter would love it as she adores "Bonjour Butterfly". Nope, it sits on the shelf and is only read when it's my turn to pick.

My daughter loves the Fancy Nancy series! She really liked that this book focused on being outdoors exploring --something she really enjoys doing herself! This is a great book!

We have all the Fancy Nancy books & this was a great addition to the collection! My 3 year old LOVES being outside & this book just fits perfectly!

My daughter loves Fancy Nancy and this book was no exception. I liked how it branched out a bit into some new subject matter, but stayed true to the fun and fanciness of Nancy.
