Mind Your Manners, B.B. Wolf

Disguising one’s self in sheep’s clothing? Blowing houses down? Eating grandmas? HOW RUDE! B.B. Wolf sure would like to change his wild ways—especially when he’s invited to a very special Storybook Tea. Little Bo Peep, The Three Pigs, and the rest of the gang will be there (and they’ll be on their best behavior, no doubt), so B.B.’s determined to show them that he can mind his Ps and Qs, too. But what if he forgets what to say after he burps?

Award-winning author Judy Sierra’s inventive story is so much fun to read aloud—especially with catchy rhymes about proper etiquette and wacky illustrations galore. And if the wolf formerly known as “Big Bad” can learn a thing or two about good manners, then your little one can, too! (Ages 4-6)

Book was just ok, taught about saying "excuse me" which my 3yr old learned a long time ago.

A great manners book and fun
April 05, 2010

I got this book for my girls who are intested in manners lately. It was so cute and I loved to see all the different storybook characters in the storyline as well. It is a great book to talk about manners and politeness with the kids as you read.

All about manners

I thought I was purchasing a different book when I got this one, so it was a bit of a surprise to read. Such a good book for kids of all ages. My 3 year old especially loves it. Colorful pictures, decent storyline.

Nice Twist on Manners
October 21, 2009

I've read this book twice now to my son's class in school. Last year in 1st grade and today in 2nd. Both classes enjoyed the silliness of the book while learning a bit of manners. This year the class sang the last page together and had a great time. Recommended for young school age children, as they understand the twist on the Little Red Riding Hood characters.
