Sure, truckers are the guys (and gals) who hit the road in their big rigs working hard, long hours. They’re the people we see sipping coffee into the wee hours of the morning at all-night truck stops. They’re the ones who give us a toot when we give them the universal signal for blowing their horns. But to the little boy at the center of Nathan Clement’s Drive, one very important trucker is Daddy. Told from that boy’s point of view, this gorgeously illustrated, heartfelt tale is sure to touch the hearts of all who read it. It’s the kind of book that reminds us what’s so great about dads, especially the ones who muster the energy to spend time doing something fun with their kids after a hard day’s work! (Ages 2-4)
